Classes are 50 minutes long and follow the same training programmes as our boxers, using a combination of exercises, bagwork, and skills, which target the whole body.

One on one individual and kick boxing training by appointment.

Morning Classes 6:45am Mon - Thurs (Box Fit)
Lunch Classes 12:30pm Mon - Fri (Box Fit)
Evening Classes 1 5:30pm Mon - Thurs (Box Fit)
Evening Classes 2 6:30pm Mon - Thurs (Box Fit)
Strength Training 6:45am Fri (Instead of Box-Fit)
Saturday Class 8:00am (Box Fit)
